Barely Alive Unleashes “Jungle Demon” & There Are Reasons To Be Excited

Few dubstep acts are making moves like Barely Alive is right now. This year has seen one banger after the next, with most being remixed by some heavy hitters like Funtcase, Getter and UZ.
Crafting a blend of dubstep, trap, and drum’n’bass influences, the Massachusetts based DJ duo Barely Alive create an electrifying, high energy sound, powerful enough to raise the dead from the Earth. While still emerging as a rising name in EDM, Barely Live have thrashed into the music industry, reaching number one across multiple Beatport charts with their first EP Lost on Disciple Recordings label (where the duo was also named the second best-selling dubstep artist of 2014). Following the success of the first EP, Barely Alive have paired their potent sound with other heavy hitters including Getter, Virtual Riot, Excision, Datsik and Zomboy among others. In October of 2015, the team released their second full-length EP “We Are Barely Alive”, showcasing their skills with a start to finish lethal quality of sound. The pair will be concocting something sure to be wicked at Audio Havok’s official pre-Halloween party “Black Magic: The Dark Arts Unite” on October 15th in Baltimore. Be sure to check them out for a night of darkness and debauchery.
