Released today (Jan 26th) off of mau5trap, Forever is 3-track EP by the producer known as Eekoo (pronounced “echo”). The EP consists of “Punish”, “Lost”, and “Forever”, each building on each other to create a polished piece of work that is clean and precise in sound. In the opening track, “Punish”, the lyrics serve as a captivating guide and sets the mood for the EP as slightly melancholy but alluring and mysteriously enchanting: “Let me take you to a better place, Let me show you how I play, Let me take you where you’ve never been boy, Let me show you how”.
