BLACKLIGHT PARTY
Wear a white shirt that says “PARTY.” written across the front. Free highlighters will be distributed at the door so you can draw on other people & they will glow under the blacklights.

Why PARTY?
It can be both a noun and a verb. Use it as you wish… PARTY. That is all.
