Blackout celebrates it’s 8th year in DC and 2nd year in Richmond! Both events encourage patrons to wear white. Once inside, they can visit one of several hi-liter stations where they can write notes on the shirts of friends or strangers. It’s an excellent ice breaker for those who are too shy to approach new people.
